TV Show 
"Flipped", MTV Flipped is a show where real people give up their pride for one day and become what might be their worst nightmare. The people are switched into the other side of a situation in moc. In Novemeber, they had a young teenage who mocked the ones who were overweight. For a day, she experienced a life of a young girl who was looked down upon, and judged because of her weight. At the end of the show, she learned her lesson as she askrf for forgiveness for her judgements on the over-weight people.

Music Melissa Ethridge Melissa is a singer who pours her emotions into her music. She is proud of her artwork, as well as her identity of being a lesbian. In her sixth album, "Breakdown", song "Mama I'm Strange", she wrote about her personal life as she states that she doesn't fit the society's women's ideal image. There is also an ovbious reference to her being a lesbian in her songs.
